    INTRODUCTION

    The SS-4600UB2 PCI Ultra2 Wide SCSI CardBus PC card integrates SYMBIOS high performance SCSI SCRIPTS processor and LVDlink technologies to perform wide Ultra2 SCSI synchronous transfer as fast as 80MB/S.

    The LVDlink (Low voltage Differential) technology supports greater device connectivity and a longer SCSI cable. It provides the inherent reliability of differential SCSI, and a long-term migration path of faster SCSI transfer rate. Unlike single-ended for fast-20, LVDlink can support up to fast-320 in the future.

    The SS-4600UB2 is a true multi-threaded I/O solution for desktop computers. It supports simultaneously I/O access for the modern multi-tasking OS¡¦s. The SS-4600UB2 provides high bandwidth and removes the I/O channel as the performance bottleneck.
